1. Transparent Daily Rates
Our pricing is straightforward. The daily rental rate displayed on our fleet page is exactly what you pay per 24-hour block. There are no hidden booking fees, administration charges, or surprise taxes at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
2. Security Deposits
A fully refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking. This is held to cover any incidental damages, traffic fines, or fuel shortages.
- Standard Fleet: Deposits range from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 depending on the vehicle.
- Luxury Fleet: Deposits range from ₹15,000 to ₹50,000.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of returning the vehicle in satisfactory condition.
3. Fuel & Toll Policies
Vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level (typically full). You are required to return the vehicle with the exact same level of fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the cost difference + a 10% refueling convenience fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Tolls and parking fees incurred during your trip are your sole responsibility.
4. Late Returns & Extensions
If you wish to extend your trip, you must do so via your dashboard at least 12 hours before your scheduled return time. Unauthorized late returns are strictly penalized:
- 1-2 Hours Late: Grace period (subject to prior notification).
- 2-6 Hours Late: Billed at half the daily rate.
- 6+ Hours Late: Billed at a full extra day + ₹2,000 penalty fee.
