1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yaanex Rentals Pvt Ltd ("the Company") services, booking a vehicle, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Driver Requirements & KYC
To rent a premium vehicle from Yaanex, the primary renter must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury category vehicles).
- Must possess a valid Indian Driving License or a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) accompanied by a foreign driver's license.
- Must submit valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar) prior to booking confirmation.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any booking if KYC verification fails.
3. Security Deposit & Payments
A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle category. This deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition, minus any deductions for damages, fuel shortages, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
4. Usage Restrictions
Our vehicles are provided strictly for personal and leisure travel. Vehicles must not be used for:
- Any illegal activities or transportation of contraband.
- Motorsport, racing, or off-road driving.
- Sub-leasing or renting out to third parties.
