1. Booking Cancellations
We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our fleet partners:
- 48+ Hours Notice: 100% full refund of the booking amount.
- 24 to 48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 24 Hours: No refund on the rental amount, but the Security Deposit will be fully refunded.
2. Security Deposit Refunds
Your security deposit is automatically initiated for a refund immediately after the vehicle is handed over and inspected. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing times.
3. Early Returns
If you choose to return the vehicle earlier than your booked end date, we do not offer refunds for the unused days, as the vehicle was reserved exclusively for you and made unavailable to other customers.
